The New Aerial ATV invented by brothers, Ralph and Butch Howard of Buckeye Aviation, uses two engines. A three cylinder 100 hp Hirth to drive the propeller, and a 150 cc motorcycle type engine to power the drive train. The two place, side-by-side machine will fly at 34 mph and travel across the ground at 40 mph.

This new combination powered parachute and all terrain vehicle also has an hydraulic steering system which allows you to steer the 550 square foot parachute in the air by two simple levers.

As with other Buckeye Powered Parachutes, the chute is laid out back before take-off. On acceleration of the aircraft, the parachute inflates and lifts the vehicle off the ground then gently soars through the sky.

Christopher Howard, was the first PPC pilot to fly the new machine, and it was a very impressive flight!

After flight, the parachute is safely tucked into the bag for the next adventure!
